Terms & Conditions agreement
When an order is placed with www.smarthealth.ie you are accepting our terms and
conditions.Your statutory rights are not affected when accepting these terms and
conditions.
Pricing
All prices displayed at time of purchase include VAT. The standard ROI rate is 21%
and the reduced VAT rate (condoms only) is 13.5%. Smart Health reserve the right to
change pricing from time to time however, all pricing at the time of purchase will be
the cost incurred.
Discount/Promotion Codes
Discount and promotional codes must be entered into the discount code box at checkout. Only one code may be used per transaction.
Delivery
Smarth Health endeavour to have your package delivered to you within two to five working days. If at this point your package has not arrived, mail sales@smarthealth.ie.
Packages will be delivered by first class mail from An Post. Goods lost or damaged are highly unusual. In the event of loss or damage, please contact your local postal delivery and us. Never use damaged goods. The total cost of shipping within the ROI is €3.00 on all purchases made below €50.00. If an individual purchase exceeds €50.00 our system will automatically calculate this and there will be no shipping charge. The shipping address entered at the checkout stage will be the shipping address that we deliver to. We are currently shipping within the ROI only. All products will be delivered in plain discrete packaging.
Secure Payment Gateway
Smarthealth.ie has contracted Realex Payments to look after all their online banking
requirements. Realex are a secure gateway payment system and no one other than realex payments can have access to payment details provided by our customers. Smart Health reserve the right to refuse orders that are deemed to be fraudulent.

Smart Health is compliant with the Data Protection Act and all information will be used for shipping purposes only, unless otherwise stated.
